Onsite visits are rare for us, as we tend to accomplish a lot on Zoom session. However, we are open to on site visits to help gather requirements and offer training & implementation support.
After Hours Support
We can offer after-hours support for clients that demand real-time support after normal working hours of 9-5 PM EST.
1 on 1 Zoom Sessions
Our standard onboarding process includes numerous Zoom sessions, and all formal meetings & tranings will use Zoom.
Phone Support with Screen Share
When speaking to a support specialist, we love popping into your screen (with your permission) to see whats going on quickly! All without dealing with zoom session.
Ticket System
For more complex issues like feature request, custom docs, bugs, etc… Use the ticketing system to keep track of your pending requests.
Video Library
All users can see & make detailed notes in the loan file. Every action creates system generated note history as well.
